All prices are in Euros and are per apartment and night. Including final cleaning and Sauna. Extra costs: Tourist tax € 2,05 per night / person . Prices valid for a minimum stay of 7 nights.

In the period from 15.05.2024 to 31.10.2024 the "Kaprun - Zell am See" map is included in this price.

In the apartment house sauna, washing machine and dryer are available. A ski and boot room is in the basement of the building. We request you to keep your ski equipment exclusively in the ski cellar.

Arrival and departure:

Apartments and rooms are available from 15.00 on the day of arrival and until 09.30 on the day of departure.
We have a self-check-in facility, so a later arrival is also possible.

Advance payment

To confirm your booking, we require a deposit of 50% per apartment or room. Immediately after booking you will receive an access link for payment via e-mail.

Please pay the rest before your arrival or when you arrive at our self-check-in facility!
In case of late arrival or early departure, the entire period booked will be charged.
